Second Year Of Hijra

In the second year of Hijra Muslims were ordered by Allah to Fast and give Zakat, the qibla was changed and they were allowed by Allah to fight against their enemies.

Fasting:

Fasting became obligatory for the Muslims with the Following verse.

“ O believers! Fasting has been prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you so that you may stay away from sins”

Zakat:

“And spend of your substance in the cause of Allah and make not your own hands contribute to your  destruction but do good; for Allah loves those who do good”

Change Of Qibla:

“Turn your face in the direction of the sacred Mosque; wherever you are turn your faces in that direction”

Permission Of Jihad/Fight:

“Permission is given, against those whom war is made (to fight) because they were wronged verily Allah is able to help them”
