Exchange & Refunds

1. Eligibility
   • TeachifyMe offers a 3-day Exchange & Refund Policy from the date you receive your order.
   • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

1. Conditions for Exchange or Refund
   • Products can only be returned for an exchange or a refund if you have received the wrong item as per your order.
   • Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of store credits/vouchers.
   • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   • Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned parcel.
   • No Return / Refund will be processed if the returned parcel is received after 7 days of recieving the Parcel.

Exceptions

1. Non-Returnable Items
   • Services such as custom order print and bind cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been placed and processed.
   • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for an exchange or a refund.
